ApprenticeConnect is a complete management service allowing you to indenture your own apprentice without the hassle. Our team coordinates the entire apprenticeship process leaving you to concentrate on quality on the job training.

What is ApprenticeConnect?

ApprenticeConnect facilitates the following services and can tailor a service to suit your individual needs:

• Recruitment – including pre-apprenticeship testing, interview with Apprenticeship Coordinators and a three month guarantee to ensure we link ‘the right apprentice with the right contractor'
• Coordination of sign up with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre
• Advice and recommendations on most appropriate training options
• Coordination of sign up with Registered Training Organisation
• Monitoring and assistance with Federal and State Government Incentives
• Six monthly face to face mentoring visits with both the contractor and apprentice
• Tracking of apprentice profiles through ‘eProfiling’
• Coordination of completion paperwork and licensing application
• Coordination of School-based Apprenticeships as requested

Joining ApprenticeConnect

An Apprenticeship Coordinator will visit your business to discuss your individual needs. This will include:

• Assessing your recruitment requirements (if applicable)
• Determining which Australian Apprenticeship Centre would be most suitable
• Advice on the training options available in your geographical area
• Information on Commonwealth and State Government Incentives that you may be eligible to receive
• ApprenticeConnect costs
