Technical and Safety

Our dedicated Technical Team can provide advice on safety and technical issues and assistance with interpreting Standards, Acts and Regulations, and has access to a wide range of literature and information. ECA has developed templates, manuals and information kits to assist members in complying with relevant legislation.

Our dedicated service for Data and Communications Installers can assist with providing advice on cabling training and registration, pre-provisioning of telephone services, FTA and PAY TV, and the communications standards, acts and regulations.

Employment and Workplace Relations

ECA's Employment and Workplace Relations Team can assist with a wide range of issues including the interpretation of Awards and Acts, employment and dismissal procedures, contractual matters and industrial relations.

Our team can also offer assistance with negotiating and certifying enterprise bargaining and workplace agreements, and assist in cases of industrial dispute.

ECA provides representation in the Industrial Relations Commission and with trade unions.
